Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

5. WhatsApp Compliance

  • Your WhatsApp Business Account must follow Meta & WhatsApp policies
  • We are not responsible if WhatsApp blocks or restricts your number
  • Message delivery is subject to WhatsApp’s infrastructure and rules

6. Payments & Subscriptions

  • All fees are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise
  • Subscription validity depends on the selected plan
  • Pricing may change with prior notice

7. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or third-party failures may cause temporary downtime.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms
  • Restrict access without prior notice in case of misuse

9. Limitation of Liability

GoWhatStar shall not be liable for business losses, message delivery failures, WhatsApp account bans, or indirect or consequential damages.
